Valley KIA of Modesto

I recently bought a car from Valley Kia of Modesto, and I don’t normally do reviews, but felt compelled to after this experience. I dealt with Tristen and Austin. They were great!! Exceptional customer service and they both really fought to make the sale happen. I couldn’t be more happy with my new car and for the whole experience. They were very fair and I didn’t feel like I was being hustled or taken advantage of. 5 stars!!

Jerry was amazing salesman with a kind eager friendly attitude. This review would have been a five star if it wasn't for Martin. Martin was rude and on his phone watching the football game while I was signing papers barley greeted me. He did not explain it thoroughly and seem to get frustrated when I was reading the contact. He also brought down the interest rate using 500$ without my permission. When I asked how he got the rate low; he went around the bush and told me he knew the programs "Better." Use Jerry as a salesman if you want a great experience and avoid Martin he is rude, greedy, and does not care. Martin has the worst customer services! Kia, I hope you reevaluate Martin and his expertise.

I was at the store in modesto and went to go close trunk but it wouldn't shut. Mind you i have a newborn in the car and was stuck for a bit. Had to tie down with wire to take it to dealership. There I was greeted by a guy that said they couldn't help me because they were a month behind and that their manager wasn't in. So I had to drive all the way home with my trunk open. Called Manteca dealership and the guy was very nice and ordered the part right away and said that it would be in Wednesday to come in and they would fix it that day. All modesto kia did was make excuses not to help me. Would not recommend. They are all about safety yet can't help even when there is a recall on the trunk latch hmm. ...

I've shopped at this dealer before and looked at cars but always kind of thought their prices were higher. I was close to buying something at another dealership in Stockton but they started playing games. I dropped by this dealer to look at a telluride. Adan Perez was my salesperson. This dealership was amazing and was able to work with me and give me the most for my trade. I definitely got a nicer vehicle and better deal here . . This place is amazing

This review goes to John Lopez and Jose Ochoa. John did an incredible job informing and keeping me updated with inspection of my car and even sent a video of inspection. Usually others will just call you that your car is done but John was thorough with sending me messages with attached files of my car. Also thanks to Jose for doing the inspection of my car and recording what would need to done and what’s good UPDATE: Usually this place is good with keeping up with oil changes and other service and it’s the only place I go for. But recently I had a situation where my under cover splash guard came off while driving on the freeway which is a HAZARD, a part of it has broken off and is shredded. No way should it be loose, nor was there anything on the freeway to be hit on impact for it to come off/loose. They couldn’t do anything and told me to go to a nearest body shop that is “good” when they could have ordered a KIA PART that I would PAY WITH MY MONEY and I could replace it on my own. It was a let down so I’ll be doing my own services for my kia from now on. I was able to fix my own problem which wasn’t a struggle except my pockets
